Where are you from? How long have you lived in Denver?
I am a Denver native-born & raised. However, I was living in Thailand for the last 4 years and recently moved back home.
What were you like as a student?
I was an honor roll student that also did theater, dance and national honor society volunteerism.
What are your secret talents and/or hobbies?
I am a professional dancer & yoga teacher but I don’t think that’s a secret. I am also a pretty good cook and can play different styles of drums.
What is your favorite thing about being a part of the MCT family?
I appreciate sharing my knowledge of movement with both older students and the MCT family for them to utilize in their daily lives.
What is your favorite thing about your work?
I love getting to share movement practices to assist in grounding, mindfulness and mental health.
